Hi Guys!
We’re hiring an experienced Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations here at Align Coffee ☕️
This is a permanent part-time role (minimum 30 hours per week, with full-time potential) and suits someone confident running shifts, leading a team, and maintaining strong service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
You must be available to be rostered weekdays and weekends and hospitality management or senior supervisor experience is preferred.

To get to Windsor Road in Brisbane, you can take the train to Windsor Station and then walk for about 10 minutes to reach the destination. Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Lutwyche Road near Bowen Bridge Rd and then walk for about 5 minutes.
If you prefer to drive, you can take the M3 motorway and exit at Bowen Bridge Road. Then turn onto Lutwyche Road and continue until you reach Windsor Road. There is street parking available on Windsor Road or nearby streets. However, please check for any parking restrictions before leaving your car.
