Chocolate. We wondered if there was a quality option for chocolate drinks that had the same approach as our coffee - sourcing, winnowing, roasting, there are a lot of parallels between cacao and coffee. met that and more, you’ll find it on all hot chocolates, iced chocolates and mochas at supes. We are making a massive change ⬇️
This is bigger than anything we have done before. From tomorrow Wednesday 1st, Supe’s will be full table service for dine in. We sat down to chat about it a little and here’s some takes in this reel.
For many, this change will make sense, for some it may seem odd, but overall we can offer a much better experience.
Takeaways will still be ordered at the bar, but if you’re dining in please wait to be seated and we’ll look after you from there 🙇♂️

It’s the last weekend for many of you on holidays, and it’s the last weekend of the most demanding time for hospitality. We’ve given it our all this summer and loved seeing your appreciation for staying open. Our coffees today are part of the reward.

Tomorrow is the King’s Birthday holiday in QLD 🌞
If you’re coming in, we’re open from 7-1. Our first time opening past 12 on a holiday. Kitchen will take orders until 12:30 instead of the usual 11:30.
If you aren’t coming in, help us out by captioning the last pic for us. Are King Charles’ barista skills up to scratch or is Camilla fed up with his poor extractions? Does he use dark roast? Does she only drink rainforest alliance? 🤷♂️

The supes always open trend continues into its 6th year, as we open every day this Easter 7-12 🐰
hot x buns start tomorrow and pastries are on every day as well. This year we have Callebaut milk chocolate or fruited buns 🍫 🍇
has us starting with the El Diviso Ombligon on espresso for the first time ever on Friday, and certainly something washed to go against it in grinder 3.

Super isn’t just built on tasty coffee, good food, a big space, nice tables. These things are merely a supporting act to our community commitment.
Community is an easy word to sling around in hospo - but ours is genuine. It’s been built on years of really getting to know you all, your friends your family your dogs, your coffee order and if you like extra salt and pepper on the side. We want to see you all at the door after events like this 👋
We served up twice the number of coffees and food orders with half the roster we actually needed on Friday and Saturday - so thank you all for being damn great members of our community, from all the super team 🙇♂️🙇♀️
