½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1¾ cups granulated sugar

For the lemon glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter and sugar together for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.

1/2 cup melted butter

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 by 9" baking dish.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, and oil. Beat until well blended.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
