Our sister company ‘Cultured Cuisine’ on the Gold Coast is looking for a master fermenter and/or manufacturer.
Cultured Cuisine has been providing high-quality fermented food and drinks since 2007.
Cultured Cuisine is currently sold through our Bottoms Up Colonics clinics across Australia and online via www.culturedcuisine.com.au. Historically, Cultured Cusine was also sold at farmer's markets and in selected stores. Along with our fermenting workshops.
Whilst not registered as organic, Cultured Cusine uses only certified organic produce to ensure the highest quality of probiotic-rich products.
Suzy Wilson (founder and owner of Bottoms Up Colonics and Cultured Cuisine) is looking for someone who sees the potential in this growing business to take over the running and production of these products.

I have just come off a 7 day water fast, and since had a craving for buckwheat pancakes. I started to re feed Thursday and have just been having one vegetable meal per day since. To day I made a version of my buckwheat pancakes found in my belly talk cook book. I am currently in the throws of putting together an updated version. It’s great using all of my recipes again. Today I had them with cacao coconut yoghurt and rockmelon . Pretty delicious. Left overs go in the freezer for a hand meal when needed. 🥥🍋🫐🍏
