I'm still here guys!! I know I have been so super quiet on my socials of late. The truth is running a business is hard. So many hats to wear and after a super busy start to the year, I needed a bit of quiet time away from the distraction of social media. So please forgive me for not showing up here on a regular basis of late.
May was so busy, kicking off with Mother's Day, and ending in one of the biggest weeks I think I've had to date, which included two wedding cakes in the mix. I also had the worst gastro of my life a few weekends ago. Thankfully no orders were affected. It's been a really mixed bag for May.
As always even though I've been absent from social media, I have been busy behind the scenes planning for a super awesome June!

So if you've ever been asked to bring something for Mother's Day lunch and the idea fills you with dread, and you start to spiral, have no idea what to bring and no time to make something yourself?
I've got you! My mini cake and cupcakes have been especially created for Mother's Day. And they here to save you from picking up a last minute frozen dessert from the supermarket! Don't get me wrong, I love a frozen dessert as much as the next person, but I feel like Mother's Day needs something a little bit special.
The mini cake will feed 5-10 people and is two layers with my delicious vanilla buttercream in the middle. If you're feeding a crowd why not order some matching cupcakes? Hello friends! It's been a while.....I know I've been very quiet on my socials for the past few weeks. Easter was amazing. You guys had me so busy with orders, it's all a bit of a blur. I've had a birthday since then, and school holidays have also happened, and I've managed a little bit of downtime in amongst all of that as well. The weather has finally cooled down and now resembling more Autumn temps than the heat of summer! This is my favorite time of year!!
If you can believe it, May is almost upon us! This means Mother's Day is just around the corner! I don't know where the year is going.
I will have a small Mother's Day range available from this Thursday to Monday. So, keep an eye out for some sneak peeks coming over the next few days. And there will also be a cupcake decorating class coming towards the end of May as well.
