Family Meals — This Week
We’re continuing with the comfort food theme this week.

Crispy chicken parmigiana topped with homemade tomato sauce, prosciutto, and fresh basil, served with garlic and rosemary hasselback potatoes.
Orders in by 8pm Tuesday for a Friday or Saturday pickup.

Today's fresh salads are our Moroccan beatroot, carrot and feta . Also a Green goddess with cabbage, kale , cucumber, greens and loaded with fresh herbs and edamame with an avocado yoghurt dressing.
Ps, I had the goddess for dinner last night and it was truly amazing!

**EASTER HOURS 🐣**
Other than slightly shorter days, it’s business as usual at Happy Days this Easter long weekend.
**Sunday** will be a little different — we’ll be open for coffee, bakery items, and cakes only, with a limited team, and closing early at 10:00am.

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Kath, Colin and the whole team for the Arts & Eats event last night — what an incredibly well-run and well-attended evening!
I’ve been to a couple of these in the past, but they just keep getting better and better each year. There were so many fantastic local artists and entertainers there last night, along with great food trucks and a huge number of enthusiastic volunteers who made it all happen.
It’s such a wonderful event for The Gap community. I’m already looking forward to the next one and would encourage everyone to come along next year — you definitely won’t regret it!
