Our beloved Breakfast Dhal has returned for winter, bringing with it all the comfort of slow-cooked spices and nourishing flavours. A velvety yellow split pea dhal forms the base, topped with perfectly cooked free-range eggs, served alongside warm, flaky paratha for dipping and scooping.
