To reach Manning Street in South Brisbane, you have a few options for public transport and driving/parking:
Public Transport:
1. Train: Take the train to South Brisbane Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Manning Street. Head northeast on Grey Street, turn right onto Tribune Street, and then left onto Manning Street.
2. Bus: Several bus routes pass through South Brisbane. Check the TransLink website or app for the best route to your starting point. Get off at one of the stops near Grey Street or Melbourne Street, and then follow the walking directions mentioned above.
Driving/Parking:
1. From the north side of Brisbane: Take the Pacific Motorway (M3) southbound and take exit 2 towards Vulture Street/South Bank/South Brisbane. Merge onto Stanley Street, continue straight onto Vulture Street, and then turn right onto Tribune Street. Finally, turn left onto Manning Street.
2. From the south side of Brisbane: Take the Pacific Motorway (M3) northbound and take exit 2 towards Vulture Street/South Bank/South Brisbane. Merge onto Cordelia Street, continue straight onto Peel Street, and then turn left onto Manning Street.
Parking:
There are several parking options available near Manning Street in South Brisbane:
- There is limited street parking available on Manning Street itself.
- The Cultural Centre Parking offers paid parking facilities nearby.
- The South Bank Parklands also provide various parking areas within walking distance.
