We make a lot of coffee, and we actually offer 3 espresso options always. You can always choose whatever you want, or just leave it up to us. The three coffees we have on bar at all times are a diverse range of blends from different roasters.

WHY YOU ASK?
Because we are an independent coffee shop, meaning we have bought our own equipment and are not locked into any one roaster. Even though that means sometimes we have to pay more, it also means we can change coffee, offer new things and continuously improve. We will never tell you THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE EVER, because it may not be to you - all we do is prepare it as well as possible and if something’s not to your taste, tell us what you want out of a coffee, we can find something for you.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
We encourage you to try new coffees - the three blends we offer as default espresso have a range of different flavor profiles and are good as any drink

WHAT ABOUT SINGLE ORIGIN?
We always have single origin available, just ask we will make it. It will always be different, you may love one and not be able to get it again. Every month we get in new coffee from different origins and roasters.
