The Sand Crab Lasagna, which was the chef's special, was an absolute delight with its crustacean crème, parmesan, king prawn, tomato relish and spinach. The Mediterranean platter of peri-peri chicken souvlaki, grilled halloumi on Greek salad w minted Greek yogurt & grilled bread was also a great option for Thursday dinner special. The slow-cooked lamb shank with honey roasted Japanese pumpkin, steam greens, roasted red capsicum & red wine jus was another highlight from the menu. With different specials every Wednesday and Thursday, subscribing to their Instagram and Facebook is highly recommended. Overall, The Corner in Wilston offers an exceptional dining experience that is worth every penny spent.
