We had some lovely feedback today and felt the need to share. Our test of a good cocktail mixer is whether you can use it to brew your morning coffee the next day. At this time of year you have enough to worry about without complicating things…
Mix 30ml of T&T Espresso Strength Concentrate with 30ml of Kahlua and 30ml
of your favourite Vodka - ours is .com.au
Shake. Pour. Top with your favourite garnish. Relax.
(420g remaining in the bottle - 2 serves used)

Day 2 - Hot White Friday. Temperature outside improving to a pleasant 24 degrees today.
Mix 50g of T&T Espresso Strength Concentrate with 150g of your preferred milk (our favourite dairy option is from Norco). Heat and enjoy.
430g remaining in bottle (from a start weight of 520g which is the weight we fill our 500ml bottles to).
