Hi everyone,
We’ve had to make the tough decision to temporarily close the shop for this week. Unfortunately, we’ve been hit with a bit of a double whammy: a sudden breakdown of our core kitchen equipment, along with an injury to Jamie's right arm.
At KCS, we never compromise on quality. Serving you when both our kitchen and Jamie's frying arm aren't at 100% simply goes against our standards.
We’re going to take this week to get the equipment fully repaired and give Jamie some time to heal. We will be back next week, ready to serve up the perfect, crispy chicken you know and love.
We sincerely apologize to anyone who was planning to visit us this week, and we can't thank you enough for your endless support and understanding! 🍗💪

My father-in-law has thankfully regained consciousness TODAY! This is a huge step forward for his recovery.
Korea is a long trip, and we need a little more time to properly prepare the store after this sudden trip. Please understand that we reopen on 21st November, Friday.

Dear Valued Customers,
We will be closed starting from 30 October for approximately 1-2 weeks.
Thank you for your continuous support and for being the heart of KCS for over 7 years.
It is with a heavy heart that I must share some difficult news. Due to a critical and sudden family emergency (a serious accident involving my father-in-law), we must travel back to Korea immediately.
This is the first time since we opened our doors that we have had to make such a difficult and sudden decision.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your understanding and patience mean the world to us right now.
We hope to be back soon, refreshed and ready to serve you again. We will announce our exact reopening date via email and social media as soon as possible.
