A few new reasons to make it pizza night.

Our latest menu brings some exciting new flavours to the table, alongside the Italia Lane signatures you already know and love.

Meet the Gamberi, layered with zucchini, fior di latte, prawns, cherry tomato confit, stracciatella and topped with fresh mint.

Then there’s the Zucca, with pumpkin purée, fior di latte, gorgonzola, porcini mushrooms, walnuts and basil.

And because some things are simply too good to change, the much-loved Diavola is still bringing the heat with spicy salami, parmesan and our house chilli oil.

There’s something new on the table.

Our latest menu has landed, bringing back the much-loved favourites you’ve been asking for, alongside a few new dishes we have a feeling won’t take long to earn favourite status of their own.

Meet the Spaghetto Quadrato alla Zozzona, our “Dirty Carbonara”, with Italian sausage, guanciale, pecorino, egg yolks and tomato.
Then there’s house-made ricotta and spinach ravioli, finished with pumpkin puree, pecorino cheese sauce, coffee and hazelnut crumble, or Fusilloni Gamberi e Zucchine with South Australian ocean king prawns, zucchini, olives and cherry tomatoes.

And to finish? Sometimes you simply can’t go past - a classic - Tiramisù Classico, with savoiardi, coffee and mascarpone cream.
