Join us for an evening of French-inspired dining and exceptional wines.
Our Third Winter Wine Session features Rouleur Wine Co. from the beautiful Yarra Valley, bringing together thoughtfully matched wines and a seasonal three-course menu in the warm and intimate setting of Haig Rd Bistro.
Begin the evening with a glass of Collet Brut Champagne on arrival, alongside freshly shucked oysters from our oyster bar and warm oysters, before enjoying four beautifully paired wines throughout the evening.
