Our Third Winter W**e Session features Rouleur W**e Co. from the beautiful Yarra Valley, bringing together thoughtfully matched w**es and a seasonal three-course menu in the warm and intimate setting of Haig Rd Bistro.
Begin the evening with a glass of Collet Brut Ch*****ne on arrival, alongside freshly shucked oysters from our oyster bar and warm oysters, before enjoying four beautifully paired w**es throughout the evening.
