Say hello to the new owners of our beautiful cafe Sandesh & Barsha, who will be operating under the brand new name
Recently moved from Alice Springs to the area, this gorgeous couple knew the moment they walked in the doors that this was the place for them to create their dream.
Sandesh brings over 10 years experience on the tools as a barista and can do some impressive latte art! Barsha brings her passion for cooking and after cooking many years in other people’s cafes is now excited to be in her own!
They are very much looking to create a serene, warm & welcoming space for the local community and of course provide amazing coffee and beautiful home cooked food.
We will be sharing very soon the opening day and it’s much sooner than you think. In the meantime, please go and follow and show your support. Thank you so much x

Come on down for our last day of trade for 2021! We will be open 7-12 Saturday with great specials on food, some last minute gift shopping 🎁 and of course grab yourself a cup of your favourite brew ☕️

2021! What a year! A year of many ups, downs, challenges and celebrations. We have the most incredible little community which we are forever grateful for! This Saturday 11 December will be the last day Merge will be open for 2021. Due to so many booked events we have decided to close until the new year. So please come on down Friday & Saturday, pick up some Chrissy gifts and a cup of your favourite coffee! We will also be running specials on all food/delicious treats!
We hope you all have a fabulous Christmas holidays with family and friends and look forward to seeing you in the new year.
