Where's Madmacs?
Having spent the weekend at ACU for Queensland Rugby League's Coaching & Performance Conference we're back to it tomorrow, navigating Brisbane's northern suburbs and caffeinating the worthy.
But only until Thursday. We have another 3-dayer starting on Friday when we head down to Redlands Touch for their big tournament of the year, the coveted Primary All Schools Championship. It's a biggie and we're preparing our A-game. It's just like our B-game but it, err, starts with an A.

This might explain why we're not doing our regular run tomorrow - from Friday until Sunday Madmacs Coffee will stationed at the Australian Catholic University as our ACU friends host the Queensland Rugby League for their Performance & Coaching Conference.

Where's Madmacs?
After the weirdness of two count 'em two consecutive weekends off it's back to reality as our next day off is now weeks away.
A couple of 3-dayers will cap off the next two weekends, starting this Friday where we join the Queensland Rugby League for their 2026 Coaching & Performance Conference being held at our regular stomping ground, the Australian Catholic University. This does of course mean that we won't be at our usual stops on Friday but we'll remind you during the week so you don't have a horrid shock on the day 🚫 ☕⚡😱

A easier week ahead with no extras booked in so we'll enjoy being a little less rushed and solving the problems of the world over a coffee with the Madmacs Coffee community. Yeah there's lots to solve, might take two or three coffees. Ahh well 🤷🏼♂️

We are not going to miss this, and neither should you. This Thursday there's a special running of the Sutton's Beach Community BBQ where rock/grunge band Woodhill will be playing live.
WoodHill is a three-piece rock outfit from Cronulla, Sydney, with a love of heavy riffs, raw emotion, and high-energy songwriting. Their sound blends the nostalgic punch of 90s grunge with a contemporary edge, creating songs that feel both familiar and refreshingly new.
Sounds like a party to us, and you know we never miss a party (as long as we're home by, like, 10pm).
Also happening is the free BBQ laid on by the legendary crew at Nourish Street Inc, and free coffee provided by the team at Madmacs Coffee.
Sutton's Beach, 6-8pm, be there or be... oh just be there 🙄

Where's Madmacs?
Enjoying a long weekend with a short but busy week ahead. Bit of a change on Tuesday with us squeezing in a trip to Wabtec International to celebrate their new premises (we're totally planning to smash a coffee cup into the side, but we'll bring a cloth just in case that's not what they wanted), and then on Thursday there's a very special running of the Suttons Beach Community BBQ where Sydney grunge band Woodhill will be performing live. Don't miss this one ☕🤙🏻😎

A special day for us as we surround ourselves with many of our favourite things. Yep, Ferraris. Lots of Ferraris.
It's the Ferrari Club Australia Concorso 2026, where the best of the best are on display and their awesomeness judged. A private event held in a top secret location, just off the Bruce Highway, north of Carindale, the aficionados of the best Italy has to offer have selected Madmacs Coffee as their baristas of choice. A morning full of Ferraris and espresso? Hmmm, let me think 🤔

BOOM!
And just like that it's holiday over and back into it.
But not quite as before. From this week we're sad to see a couple of our previous stops go but are delighted to announce that every morning from 7-8:45am we'll be at the Metro Windsor service centre, where all of the service customers will start the day with a hot & fresh Wolff coffee courtesy of the dealership. And we're looking forward to meeting the team there 😊
This does alter the timing of all of our following stops very slightly, but fear not, we shall be there ☕👊🏻😎

Where's Madmacs?
After our gig yesterday, today we unexpectedly found ourselves filling in at an event today for a sick colleague. So, faced with the news we've worked all weekend we're pretty sure you're all fearing for our mental health and fatigue levels.
Well worry no more - this week we're shutting up shop after out Wednesday run and not returning until Wednesday next week, during which time we'll be catching up with family in Newcastle.
No wait, New Zealand! No wonder the flights were cheap 🤦🏼♂️

Where's Madmacs?
Another mixed-up week so pay attention at the back.
Monday, we're back at Sacred Heart School as they hold their Father's Day breakfast for the dads of the school, after which we might be a few minutes later than usual for the rest of our stops.
Tuesday and Wednesday sees us changing the order of things with early stops at Guide Dogs Queensland as they hold their staff conference (where Item 1 on the agenda is to discuss what coffee they want). So, we'll head to Racing Queensland and Toothkind after that, following which we should be back on track.
The rest of the week is back to normal before we head south on Saturday for a Family Fun Day hosted by Inspire Youth & Family Services. More details later in the week.
