BrizStar Coffee is on the hunt for our newest team member. We are looking to hire a Manager at our Stafford store, with the successful hire also helping out our Mt Gravatt store where necessary.

This is a part-time position, 5 days/38 hours per week where you will be required to work a weekend every so often.
We are a friendly team who are fully equipped with all the knowledge and functions of the day-to-day procedures to ensure the store is successful.

We first opened in November 2019 and since then have continued to grow throughout COVID-19, keeping our doors open and building customer relations.

We have a flexible rostering system (it will be your job to create rosters, ensuring they are within budget), we care about your mental health and strive to ensure all employees have a good work/life balance. We do this though annual leave planning and rostering days off in a row, where possible.

We are looking for someone who has the following:
- exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with people, creating loyal customers,
- at least 1 year cafe/hospitality experience,
- Food Safety supervisor certificate,
- ability to train and coach employees on new and existing procedures,
- can work well with our Area Manager as well as all staff,
- can reach KPIs and stay within PNL lines, and
- ability to manage daily store operations including orders and rosters.
