We are looking for a Cook/kitchen hand or/and assistant restaurant manager to work across our franchised locations South and West Brisbane. The responsibilities will include daily management of the store whilst leading our teams on to ensure we deliver high quality and service to our customers. 

On any given day you will be leading the team through a busy service period, food quality, food safety, team training, customer service, managing stock & inventory and financial of the store. 

We are looking for people who are committed, and passionate about food and follow our Pazar values;
1)exceptional customer service.
2) High quality food. Never compromise from quality
3) Be real, we don’t have time for games and politics. Toxic drama free working environment. Be yourself, respectful to others, have fun, don’t make excuses and always remember the first two points
4) Family environment, we always have each other’s back.
5) Never walks pass a problem, fix it straight away. 

We are scouting for Attitude, Maturity and Energy. What we are looking for is; experience leading a team within a busy high volume hospitality environment,  experience in customer service and experience in focused on food quality and safety
