Our Lily Chan is in Tokyo at the moment and went to visit one of the best Vegan cake shops on earth (and one of my favourite places in the world) - in !!! The care and love they put into their perfect fluffy cakes makes them so tasty! The team there is so lovely and the cakes and drinks are so beautiful! My personal fave at the end. Please, if you are in Tokyo, visit this beautiful shop.

So sorry guys we’re closed for lunch today because some as**at has smashed into our coldroom.
JOKES ON THEM, WE’RE VEGAN! Lelllll WHATCHA GONNA STEAL BROTHER??!?! BROCCOLI? Go for it son! Get your 3 serves of veggies bro. I got you 🥦🥕 🌶️ Jokes aside, we have to remake all of our ramen broths now in case they tampered with them and that takes time so we’ll have to close for lunch. ☠️ another day in the life of a business owner I guess

So a couple of weekends ago the elevator got stuck with our Chef trapped inside for an hour - just before we were due to open for lunch.
At the same time I’d accidentally locked myself out of the lab after cleaning floors, scrubbing stuff for hours and taking off my shoes so I’m barefoot in tracksuit pants with mascara smudged around my eyes trying to brute force the elevator doors open with a rake handle. I know. Super hot.
I yell out to Lolly:
“Lolly we’re going to have to open later today, can you make a sign for the door please?”
Lolly’s like “no problems I got u”
Today I found the sign she made LOLLLLLLLL OMG. THE WAY I CHOKED!!!

You won’t beat the sunsets on our side. Unfiltered. Beautiful beyond words. My whole team knows I’ll stop everything to make sure I catch one. I don’t know about you but sunsets bring me so much peace. I truly wish all the chaos in the world right now would calm down so everyone could find the safety, peace and space to just be and live in these moments. Be kind to yourselves this weekend and try to take some time to enjoy the little things.
