Weather Update for Sunday chances at Marchant Park. Just over 3 ml of rain earlier. 3 of the 10 fields were played on. 10 and 5 have covers. No standing water and pitches wet but not squishy... still a lot of drying needed to be playable.

Pitches being prepared and for the weekend with the rollers out right now. Fields look great, although we need some kindness from mother nature with quite a bit of rain forecast starting late this evening.

Ground Condition Update for 23-24 July. Lots of standing water on most fields. Saturday looks to be a writeoff with Sunday likely to be the same.

Almost no water standing around the grounds. Water table has dropped well. Looking good for play tomorrow.

Ground Condition Update for Sunday. Pitches looking fantastic. Fields looking good whilst soft in most areas with the occasional damp spot. No rain between this post and morning and we are certain to play.

Rain overnight but the pitches are marked and play ready. Will need a lot of good fortune for all of the forecast rain to miss us. Anything close to predicted falls will cancel play. Fingers crossed.
