We’re proud to share that our wine list at Da Biuso—our former mobile bar and dining experience was honoured with a prestigious wine list award. The judges praised the list as “an intriguing proposition for the drinkers and diners of Da Biuso,” noting its “vibrant offering with a good spread of the ‘best of Italy’” While concise, the list was carefully curated to reflect our passion for Italian wine, with thoughtful by-the-glass options designed to surprise and delight. “Cleverly done, strongly invested in its theme,” they said—words that echo our philosophy perfectly. At Bottarga by Da Biuso, we’re carrying that same passion forward. Our new venture brings a fresh setting, but the philosophy remains unchanged: a thoughtful, focused wine list that enhances every dish and reflects the heart of Italian wine culture.
