💜Jacaranda Gala Proud Partner Spotlight | Lick Ice Cream💜
For many years, Lick Ice Cream has proudly partnered with the Foundation, handcrafting the velvety smooth strawberry and ‘white’ ice cream that has long been at the heart of a much-loved Brisbane tradition.
Made in small batches at their Seventeen Mile Rocks creamery, each scoop is churned with real Australian cream, egg yolks and a secret strawberry recipe created exclusively in support of medical research. Every year, the family-owned team dedicates around 128 hours of production to ensure there’s enough of their rich, creamy ice cream to delight thousands.
Their generosity continues this evening, with Lick Ice Cream kindly contributing to the live auction — another sweet gesture in a partnership that has helped support life-changing research at The Prince Charles Hospital for decades.

Lick Ice Cream is a must-visit for anyone looking for premium, restaurant-quality ice cream in Brisbane. But that's not all - Lick offers a wide range of amazing flavors that are sold throughout Queensland and NSW in independent supermarkets, the IGA network, and at a number of ice cream scooping stores.
What sets Lick apart from other ice cream shops is their commitment to using only REAL cream and REAL eggs that are HAND churned to create their delicious treats. You can taste the difference in every scoop! And with their convenient location at Kitchen 10 Hasp Street Seventeen Mile Rocks, it's easy to stop by and indulge in some of the best ice cream around.
