This Father's Day, give Dad four unhurried hours of French cooking on the hills of Bardon. Four courses, truffled cauliflower soup, salmon carpaccio, his choice of slow-cooked duck parmentier or barramundi en papillote, then crème brûlée cracked at the table. All of it carried along by live music from a La Belle Vie favourite, Tony Dee.
