Our site traffic comes down to two things: word of mouth and uncompromising quality.

It all kicked off during the Easter 2020 lockdowns. When our physical doors closed right before a major release, the community flooded online and built our digital presence overnight.

Six years later, regulars from that exact week still order every single week - some without ever stepping foot inside our roastery!

Moving forward, we are doubling down on the website with more transparency and fresh blog content. Thank you for being part of the journey.

What started as a basic ordering page in our back shed is now a nationwide operation. Today, the website archives every rotating single origin we release and dispatches fresh coffee across the country.

Even with green bean costs spiking recently, we absolutely refused to drop our standards. You clearly noticed - we just hit a massive 107% year-over-year online growth! Thank you for backing us.

Friendly reminder: We roast strictly to order. Any beans snagged over the weekend will be roasted and shipped fresh early next week! 🛬✨

A look back at our Q&A with Edwin Norena of Campo Hermoso 🍒

It’s one of our absolute bestsellers, but dialing in this flavour profile is no easy feat. It goes through three massive processing methods. Get fermentation wrong, and you end up with a batch tasting like sweaty gym socks. Get it right, and you get pure magic in the cup.

Here is the blueprint behind the madness:
⏱️ Stage 1: It kicks off with a 96-hour whole cherry fermentation.
💧 The Extraction: We pull the cherries and collect the resulting liquid (known as the mosto).
🔄 The Recirculation: The mosto is moved to the second stage and recirculated every 24 hours for a full 120 hours to lock in that wild, sweet profile.

Cupping fresh samples to see what makes the cut for our next release. It’s the best way to keep our palates sharp and ensure only the highest-clarity coffees make the cut.

The upcoming lineup is looking incredibly strong. What origin are you hoping to see land on the bar next?
