Linen and Fork was a bespoke catering service located on Sherwood Road Sherwood. Owned by chef Heidi Cowley, they specialized in providing catering for corporate and private functions. In addition to their catering services, Linen and Fork also offered grab and go lunches on weekdays. They were known for their attention to detail, as seen in their hand-painted sugar butterflies on a birthday cake and personalized platter labels for a citizenship celebration. Linen and Fork prided themselves on working closely with clients to create a customized food experience that matched the event. Unfortunately, this business has been permanently closed.

It was our pleasure to be a part of a citizenship celebration for new Australians. We made Aussie themed labels for the platters and our clients loved our food! 🦘🦘🦘

This week we catered for a memorial service at Fortitude Valley.
The clients were keen to serve food for guests that was a tribute to their deceased loved one.
The family had an added challenge in that many family members were coeliac.
We created mini fruit cake and gingerbread cakes in their honour, as well as savoury tarts, sandwiches and scones, with cream and jam. Everything was gluten free.
The coeliacs raved about how good the food was, especially our fluffy scones. The gluten-fine guests couldn't believe that all of the food was gluten free.
And the family loved the fruit cake and ginger cake in memory of their beloved father and husband who loved ginger and Christmas cake.

1. From the city center: Head southwest on Coronation Drive and continue onto Sylvan Road. Turn left onto Oxley Road and then right onto Sherwood Road. Look for parking options along Sherwood Road.

2. From the Pacific Motorway (M3): Take exit 5 towards Ipswich Road/Corinda/Sherwood. Merge onto Ipswich Motorway and continue onto Ipswich Road. Turn right onto Primrose Street, then left onto Sherwood Road. Look for parking options along Sherwood Road.
