This vegan oyster sauce is fantastic, I usually use the normal oyster sauce, but I ran out. This one is a great alternative for whether you have allergies or food preferences.
Their oyster sauce is by far the best I've ever had. They smoke their oysters, which adds a fantastic umami taste.

I'm keeping it soy free with coconut aminos this time. Not traditional but so delicious.
