We made banana pudding on a whim a couple of months ago, and since then we’ve had so many people asking when we’d make it again. So after many requests, banana pudding is back and now part of our cabinet rotation x
P.S. We love hearing your feedback and requests, and genuinely take everything into consideration. If there’s something you’ve loved and would like to see again, just let us know 🤎

Imo Creme Brulee Choux
Reminiscent of Tokyo’s sweet potato creme brulee street snack. Each choux is topped with a caramel craquelin + filled with creme patissiere and sweet potato.
One we’ve been quietly testing in the cabinet lately. We might just add it to our cabinet rotation.
Available this weekend x

What people say
Sonder Dessert, located on Farne Street in Brisbane, is a Japanese dessert and patisserie shop that offers an incredible lineup of sweet treats. Their Kinako financier is a must-try, with its sweet and nutty flavor complemented by a hint of caramel. The addition of Dango inside adds some chewiness, while the kinako chocolate outside provides extra earthy richness. It was so good that they had to bring it back!
Their daily lineup features an impressive selection of desserts, including their Tiramisu tart, Camomile strawberry honey cake (a new addition), Black sesame chocolate gateau, Chestnut roll cake, Yuzu cheesecake, Matcha nama chocolate cake, Strawberry shortcake, and Mini basque burnt cheesecake.
Sonder Dessert also introduces new flavors regularly such as their Brown butter miso banana cake which was added to the menu recently. Their Mont Blanc tart is also worth trying before it's gone.
Overall, Sonder Dessert is a fantastic spot for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for unique and delicious desserts in Brisbane.
