I like to thank all the people who tried the last recipe and rang me to share their opinion. most of you said that even though the dish was super tasty, it was too hot. My advice to them is, please adjust the Chilli numbers to your taste.
Anyway, if you can tolerate chillis, chillis are good for your digestive tract and will keep constipation at bay.
Try this recipe for a cool night.
############xx Mashed Potato with mustard ##################
Ingredients;
400gm Kipfler or Dutch or red potatoes boiled (skin removed if wished). 2 tablespoon canola oil, 1 teaspoon hot English mustard paste, half a medium size onion,1 clove of fresh garlic 1/4 teaspoon each of ground black pepper and red Chilli flakes, salt to taste.

Method;
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and on a low and slow speed blend for a few seconds. If you think that there is a danger of the mashed potatoes becoming too runny then use the old-fashioned manual steel masher.
Enjoy. Regards Roo 0419717718
