Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is with a heavy heart that we’re announcing our last day of business on 20/08/2021. Come and farewell to your favourite drinks, desserts and BC friends in next 10 days.
We’d like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of our customers, staffs and suppliers for supporting us over the years.
B+C Lab has grown its fan base exponentially and we wouldn’t be able to build our brand and services without your demand for quality.

We are currently seeking a qualified & passionate Pastry Chef or Assistant to help us in creating delicious desserts in our cafe.
The ideal applicant will be:
-Start immediately and able to work at least 3 days/week.
-Graduate from cooking or pastry school OR 6 months work experience as a baker or pastry chef (Recommended).
-Able to decorate cakes and willing to learn new techniques.
-Be confident with creation of Japanese pastries, including chiffon cakes, tea ingredients, mousse and cheese cake.
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
2⃣️wait staff
-Part time (3-4days/week)
-Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills;
-Good knowledge of specialty coffee or Japanese Tea.

The coffee shop is located at Shop2/31 Musk Avenue.
For public transport, take any bus or train to Fortitude Valley station. From there, walk north along Wickham Street until you reach Musk Avenue. Then turn left and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the coffee shop.
For driving, head towards Fortitude Valley and turn onto Wickham Street. Turn left onto Chester Street and then right onto Musk Avenue. Look for available parking spots on the side of the road or in nearby parking lots.
