A generous two-course lamb banquet built for sharing, gathering, and enjoying bold Middle Eastern flavours.
First Course โ Bread & Dips
Locally sourced stone baked Turkish bread served with a trio of house-made dips:
Whipped cream cheese, roast pepper & semi-dried tomato
Chickpea hummus
Minted cucumber & hung yoghurt
Perfect for easing into the feast and sharing around the table.
Second Course โ Lamb Banquet to Share
At the centre of the table, a whole bone-in lamb shoulder, slow-cooked overnight, served with:
Fresh chimichurri
Crispy chips
Black rice tabouli
Traditional greek salad
Woodfired peppers with cumin yoghurt
Warm flatbread
Creamy cucumber & charred leek garlic sauce (a smooth, savoury house specialty)
Mixed Pickles
