Almost 60 years of teppanyaki between us… not bad at all 😄🔥
Since 1990 until yesterday
— the first teppanyaki chef,
Mr. Wong.
A true teppanyaki legend retired yesterday after almost 40 years at the grill.
Not just an incredible chef, but also one of my oldest and dearest friends.
I had the chance to spend some great time with him today after lunch, and it meant a lot.
Wishing you good health and happiness in this next chapter.
Even though the work has come to an end, the memories, the laughter, and the joy you gave to so many people will live on forever.
