What are you eating in Quarantine? We are eating maghmour with rice. Maghmour is vegan Lebanese Moussaka. It is very rich so we like it with plain white rice, also it goes further and has fed our family for a few days. We topped it with fresh coriander and chilli. You can also serve with yogurt if you like but I like it as is. Recipe to follow.

It took a dark turn when the pasta shelves were empty of vermicelli, but we saw past it and made our soup anyway. Recipe http://chickpealebanese.com.au/chicken-soup/
