Do you need an incredible catered Christmas lunch or function? Ruggers catering has a few slots still available for outsourced catering or full family Christmas catering.
From the 1st of November until (and including) Christmas day, we will be offering a delicious festive feast, delivered to your door.
This whole menu is ready to serve cold in the serving dishes provided or gently warm up and serve in the same dishes.
The Ham and Turkey will be cooked to perfection, rested, cooled, sliced, and presented beautifully, ready to serve cold in the serving dish provided or gently warm up serve in the same dish.
The food will be carefully cooked the day before and taken care of prior to and during delivery to ensure the highest quality and strictest food safety.
Prior to that if you require a catered lunch or meal, we would love to assist in your celebrations..

Hello, to all our old friends and family from Ruggers. I wanted to let you all know that my new Venue, Willow and Spoon is now open. We are fully licensed and operate Wednesday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch. We are also open for functions of up to 100 any day via booking in our lovely outdoor area. Please call Matt or Willow and Spoon any time for details. We can’t wait to see you all down at Willow and Spoon, 190 Newmarket road, Wilston.

To all our Ruggers family, friends and supporters, I would personally like to thank you all for your amazing patronage and support over our nine years at Ruggers. It has been a privilege and an honour to serve you and welcome you in as family. Sunday night was the end of an era at Ruggers, a time that we will look back on very fondly. As you know we did not close voluntarily, however time does bring change to all business. I hope we can remain in contact with you all. My chef will still be working in the short term on some private catering, so if you need assistance with food please feel free to call Matt anytime. Hello to our Ruggers community. Following 9 years with us it is with great sadness that we announce our termination from Brothers with a 30day vacate order. Alongside the ending of our business we also look to sell all of our assets. Pictured below are just some of the items we have up for sale. A detailed inventory list along with images have been posted to our website.

Hello to all our Ruggers community. I am sure many of you have heard, Ruggers has been given 30 days notice to vacate the premises. Ruggers is still open for business and will be trading as normal untill Sunday March 5th. Please help support Ruggers with your patronage over the coming weeks.. We are still offering amazing food, fantastic service and a warm friendly environment. It is with great sadness that I write this post to inform our Ruggers community that yesterday, I was notified by Brothers Rugby Club of the termination of our lease effective in 30 day. Ruggers has been a community venue for over 9 years, and we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of service to our clients. It is not our desire to be closing and we are truly sorry to all those patrons that may have had bookings with us after the 5th of March. Please contact Matt directly if you have any questions. I will be contacting all those people effected by cancelled bookings over the next 48 hours.

Ruggers is thinking of opening for a special Australia day this Thursday from 12 till 6pm. Great beer and basic specials. Will be firing up the smoker for some home made lamb should rolls with gravy.
