Are you ready for some delicious Black Forest cake in a can ? Friday & Saturday yes please, as well as my yummy chicken pot pie out Thursday from 10am . But I skipped Wednesday mmmmm classic congress tarts & coconut revina cake by the slice. Cottage pies, a 5 hour slow roast brisket in a Shiraz with a bouquet of garni Also ready for the weekend, rocky road I think could be one of my all time favorite things. Nothing like a bar to cut into bite size squares to watch the Telly of an evening 😍

Strawberries &fresh cream sponge cake an all time classic pop in for a slice today. This my first coconut chicken take home dinner, serve with rice lovely simple dinner. Then of course my ever so delicious cottage pie. Father’s Day this weekend and we have some fun treats for dad like the earthquake cake yep that’s right chocolate cake with shaved coconut, pecan, chic chips & cream cheese . If you or dad loves KITKAT then we have a very scrumptious KitKat brownie & cupcakes . Friday we will have some great cooked for dad as well as lemon meringue tarts . See you see 😊

Some exciting delights on the menu for this week, Coq au vin with vegetable bake. Apple & rhubarb crumble , banana chic chip muffins. Thursday the lovely Revina a delightful Mediterranean cake. the dessert i am most excited for is a childhood favorite…. College pudding 😋 Chicken pot pie from Thursday. Warm up this week with some Hungarian goulash, cottage brisket pie,chicken pot pie & lasagna. Then for a little follow up sweetie ….. the choices oh my …..apple crumble or sticky date pudding? Maybe one for Friday night & one for Saturday night 😊 bourbon cream cookie yes please.
