Update
For those of you who knew and are wondering (including my wife) if I'm still working on the Green Grumpy comic the answer is yes.
There have been some delays including Thippa being very ill for 3 months and me changing my ideas of how it should look.
It is still very much a work in progress and will be for some time, the story is written and rough drawings done but a long way to go yet as I really no idea what I'm doing.
Also we are back with our cleaning buisness so we can survive so I'll see how I much i feel like doing at the end of each day.
Anyway here's a test page for the top half of page 1 (without text) I will post more i promise

Hello everyone, we now have an online store through a platform called fourthwall where we'll be selling Grumpy Duck merchandise. This is the link which is also here on the FB page. https://thegrumpyduck-shop.fourthwall.com/en-aud/?
At the moment we've only put a few items on for a test run and will be adding more over the next few weeks. The prices are a little higher than we would have liked and also converted from US dollars which is why it's an odd number sometimes.
We will be putting some pictures up for sale (probably as a printable download). A lot of the pictures we had at the shop unfortunately we're unable to use due to copyright regulations so I will be doing a whole batch of new ones. The originals we will still sell but perhaps not through this store (I'm still contactable here).
Well if you've made it to the end of this thank you and we'll keep you updated.
P.S. The comic (Green Grumpy) is coming along well and will post more about that later.

One of our old customer's daughters has now taken lease of the old Grumpy Duck and it will now be the 'Saigon Flavour" Vietnamese restaurant.
From the photo's he's sent me it looks great, completely different (which is a good thing).
I'm told they will be open this Monday (16th Dec). I hope it goes well for them and we wish all the best.

I've had a few people ask me if I do commisions for the duck pictures, and now that I have extra time I thought why not.
Prices for commisions will start from $65.00 depending how simple it will be.
So if anyone does want one please just give me a message I'll get back to you as soon as I find my way through the facebook maze.
Thanks Phil

For those who know about it, I will be posting updates on the "Green Grumpy" comic I've been working for several years and hope one day to get finished.

What people say
Thai restaurants are known for their bold flavors, aromatic spices, and fresh ingredients. The Grumpy Duck Thai on Chaucer Street in Brisbane is no exception. As Moorooka's oldest Thai restaurant, it has been serving up delicious and authentic Thai cuisine since the late 90s.
Despite the challenges of the past year, The Grumpy Duck has remained committed to providing its customers with quality food and service. While dine-in service was temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions, they continued to offer take-away options for those craving their signature dishes.
One thing that sets The Grumpy Duck apart from other Thai restaurants is their fun and quirky social media presence. From showcasing the talents of their staff members to promoting their series of Grumpy Duck trading cards, they always keep things interesting.
But at the end of the day, it's all about the food. And The Grumpy Duck does not disappoint. Their menu features classic Thai dishes like Pad Thai and Green Curry as well as lesser-known specialties like Pla Rad Prik (deep-fried fish with chili sauce) and Larb Gai (spicy minced chicken salad).
Overall, The Grumpy Duck Thai is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Thai cuisine in Brisbane. With friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere, and mouth-watering dishes, it's no wonder this restaurant has stood the test of time.
