Hi Pie Townies - Mia and Will from .bne took over our little corner of West End and we couldn’t be more proud of them!! The Korean Street Food, A-MAZING! We only had time for a quick takeaway and I may have already been shovelling it into my pie hole before remembering to take some photos. Tteokbokki - you gotta get it! If you’re a chilli we**ie like me they do a carbonara-sauce inspired flavour. Love you, miss you 🥰

So we’ve officially rolled out our last dough, crimped our last crust, slung our last slice. I’ve had my big nap but honestly, my body is pretty ruined and my brain isn’t too far behind. Thanks every person who made it in, who waited in line, who had a kind word, who decided to try something else when we ran out. And the biggest thanks go to my team - past and present, y’all are simply the best and I hope our little corner of West End was the safe, wholesome place to earn a wage and grow as a person. I didn’t cry at the end not because I don’t love you all, but because I never drank enough water. Peace, love and pie - Susie

Bertie Beetle Pie back for Thursday, plus Pandan Coconut, S’mores and still slingin’ Mississippi Mud Pies and Nanaimo Bar Pies. There’s a bit of wait at peak times (between 11-2pm) and we are selling out our hot savoury pies by about 3.30pm. Just a reminder to be kind and courtesy to your pie slingers or I might have to go full Mrs Lovett. 🔪 🥧 🤫

After a massive week and then an even more mega weekend (we sold what we normally make in a great week in two days) we have made the decision to close Monday and Tuesday so we can prep, prep, prep for our last 5 days. It also means we are able to make more savoury family pies as well more funky specials (think Bertie Beetle, Nanaimo Bar and Mississippi Mud Pie). 5 days left until we leave for the big pie in the sky.

Throwback favourite - lemon brûlée pie is in the dessert cabinet today until sold out. I’ll do a separate PSA post but we’ll be closing MONDAY and TUESDAY for our final week. More info to come but TLDR you guys ate all the pie and we need to make wayyyy more pie.

Just to recap - we’re no longer taking preorders online or in store to ensure we can keep up with demand in the last couple weeks and make as many pies as possible. We will be making extra whole pies but our focus is now on individual pies and slices. We’ll try to post on our socials on what sweet flavours we have every day.
