🚨 CALLING OUT UBER EATS AUSTRALIA 🚨 #

We never thought we’d have to write this.
For over 10 years we’ve proudly served Fortitude Valley and built a strong presence on Uber Eats. Many of you have supported us through the app, and it has been a huge part of our business.

But right now, we are in a serious situation.
For 5+ weeks we have gone from getting paid Daily to not been paid in 5 weeks.

We have continued sending out thousands of dollars worth of food every week.

The amount fast approaching $40,000 in sales.
$40,000 in orders customers have paid for.
$40,000 that has NOT reached our business.
Meanwhile, we are:
• Paying staff
• Paying suppliers
• Paying rent
• Paying packaging costs

And still being told our case is “escalated.”
Emails. Phone calls. Support tickets. No resolution!!

We can’t simply turn off Uber Eats — it represents a significant part of our revenue. But how can a small business survive while a billion-dollar company withholds payment?

This is taking a serious financial and emotional toll on our small business.

We are asking for one simple thing:
Pay us what we are owed.
