Caldo verde is a Brazilian traditional soup originally from Portugal (Yesss guyss, that’s so popular in Brazil that most Brazilians don’t even know that it is originally a Portuguese soup.)
It is the ultimate healthy comfort food to warm you up on a freezing day. The Caldo Verde is made from potatoes, chorizo, bacon and kale.
