Sometimes I actually remember to take photos of my food before I send it out 🤣 Spectacular 10 days in Fiji recently for another yacht gig, can’t wait to go back! Challenging provisioning means you gotta get creative with the menus, this is a chicken, mushroom and prosciutto roulade with chicken and sage tortellini, jus gras and green peas. 💚
