Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standard of guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Assist the Hotel Manager with strategic planning and decision-making.
About You
- Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least two years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least three years of relevant employment experience as a Duty Manager in Food and Beverage or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage hotel operations, including food & beverage services.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software e.g. wirely an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
- Gaming and Keno experience highly regarded.
- You should hold a current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (or be willing to obtain).

“Food was outstanding. Huge meals, I ordered the large snittie and I had plenty leftover for lunch the next day. Likewise the crumbed steak. Service from the bar and the ladies delivering and clearing the meals was courteous and polite. Can recommend this pub highly.”

To get to the family style restaurant and bar & grill located at Wynnum Road in Tingalpa, Brisbane, there are several ways.
Option 1 (Public Transport):
You can take a train to Cannon Hill station and then take bus number 227 towards Carindale, which will drop you off at Tingalpa Road near New Cleveland Road bus stop. After getting off the bus, walk south towards Wynnum Road and turn left. The destination will be on your right.
Option 2 (Driving/Parking):
If you're driving from Brisbane city, take the M1 motorway southbound and exit at Junction 103 towards Wynnum Road East. Follow the road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the destination on your left. There is a parking lot available for customers where you can park your vehicle.
