Today I headed to Clayfield to cook for a lovely new Happy Home Chef client and I absolutely loved creating her first personalised meal prep package! 👩‍🍳💕

Forget flowers… THIS is the kind of gift a new mum actually needs. 👶🏼❤️

Today I cooked a very special Welcome Baby Gift Package for the owner of , who has just welcomed a beautiful new baby.

Her wonderful team of staff gifted her 50 homemade meals + 48 snacks -because when you’ve got a newborn, the last thing you need to worry about is “What’s for dinner?” 😂

She chose a delicious selection of winter warmers, breakfast favourites, wholesome snacks and, of course, a Burnt Basque Cheesecake because new mums absolutely deserve cake with a cuppa! 🍰

And I had the cutest little sous chef keeping me company…

Her 4-year-old son sat with me chatting away while I cooked and proceeded to taste-test pretty much everything in sight. 😂

His review of the pork crackle crunch?

“I love the crackle because It’s so satisfying when it crunches in my mouth!” 🤣

Clearly, a serious little foodie in the making! 👨‍🍳

Today’s fresh fridge for Cherisse Morgan ! Running multiple businesses is hungry work!

Cherisse loves packing her fridge with pickles, kimchi, krauts, pestos, dips, Dahl, homemade pitta breads, curries and stir fries. I also make 1l of natural organic yogurt for them on the weekly prep list too!
“PFC” was on the menu today AKA “Paula’s fried chicken”, coated in oats and almond crumb and deep fried in coconut oil.

The best dad our kids could ever ask for.

You have the patience of a saint, the energy to keep up with them, and always love to plan fun and adventure holidays . You make time for them, you listen to them, you play with them, and you’re always there-no matter how busy life gets.

You’ve given them so many amazing experiences, holidays, adventures and memories that they’ll carry with them forever. ✈️🌎❤️

You’re always thinking about how you can give them more, teach them more, support them and make their lives better. This last year you have worked less to give them more time and love x

They might not realise it all now, but one day they’ll look back and understand just how lucky they were to have a dad who was always there, always trying, and always putting them first.

I met Taylor at the weekend at a sunrise gathering she was hosting Sunrise Sisterhood | Moreton Bay . She manifested a chef and I appeared. I manifested local clients and she appeared!

No panic. No “what’s for dinner?” No living on takeaway for the week!

Today I had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely busy couple right here in Newport 💗

They’re an active couple who love keeping track of their calories and wanted high-protein, lower-carb meals that would make their busy week easier -without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

So we created a whole fridge full of delicious, ready-to-go meals including:

🥩 Chicken breast with cauliflower mash, green beans & creamy peppercorn sauce
🥧 Low-carb beef cottage pie with cauliflower mash & cheese
🐟 Salmon with green beans, cauliflower mash & creamy lemon dill sauce

They both get their meals cooked fresh every week, and over the past few weeks we’ve changed things up a little.

Instead of everything being plated as complete meals, they’ve been getting their proteins, vegetables, grains, salads, sauces and extras separately in jars and containers -so they can build their own meals throughout the week.

Today’s cook was all about creating delicious, nourishing meals with a heart-smart, anti-inflammatory focus, designed to support healthier cholesterol levels while still being family-friendly and full of flavour for the creative owners of Play Maison Wilston x (if you haven’t been with your little ones it’s a must for some luxe peaceful play!)

My client wanted a mix of lunches, dinners, salads and healthy lunchbox snacks for the kids- so we packed the fridge with plenty of colourful goodness!
