Cinnamon Refrigerator Cookies!!! 🍪👻 These were amazing and the cinnamon flavour was perfect 👌I couldn't leave them plain and since it is spooky season, I used my royal icing to decorate these bootiful ghosts 🥰 Recipe as follows:

Cinnamon And Treacle Cookies
2 tbsp black treacle or molasses
50g butter
115g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
40g light brown sugar
1 tbsp ground almonds or hazelnuts

115g icing sugar

200g plain flour
50g cornflour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
225g butter
90g brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
50ml whipping cream
75g finely ground almonds

To reach the dessert shop/restaurant located in Cornubia, Brisbane, you can use public transport or drive your own vehicle. If you're taking public transport, you can take a train to Loganlea station and then catch either bus 563 or 566 to Cornubia Park at Ferry Road. From there it's a short walk west to your destination.

If you prefer to drive, take the Pacific Motorway and exit at Exit 31. Turn right onto Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road and follow it for about 1km until you reach Bryants Road. Turn left onto Bryants Road and continue straight until you reach Red Gum Drive. Take a right turn into Red Gum Drive, then drive straight for about 500 meters until you see the dessert shop/restaurant on your left-hand side.

Parking options are available directly outside the shop or nearby on-street parking areas if required.
