Well guys, the time has come! This week will be our last! It’s been a massive 3 years, full of great experiences and tones of learning.

Slow cooked black Angus beef brisket in red wine and black pepper, layered on creamy mash with a puff pastry lid and a side of minty crushed peas.
Veg option will replace beef with a selection of roasted vegetables in a truffled cream sauce
Dessert- $4 each
Home made sticky date pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla whipped cream.

Pan roasted chicken breast with potato fondant, baby carrot and sautéed spinach and bacon. Chicken jus
Instead of a veg option this week replace the chicken with roasted salmon and the spinach will be with cauliflower and pine nuts instead of bacon.
Apologies for the total veg eaters.

Slow poached pear in leatherwood honey fresh vanilla cream and crumble

This Saturday we will have available for preorder these burger packs for home!
Everything you will need to cook our delicious black Angus beef burgers ready to go.
All you have to do is send us a message here on FB or INSTA and let us know if you would like BBQ or Tomato sauce.
$65 each for 4 people, pick up at 11am on Saturday.
If these go well we will be doing a different burger each week!
