Sorry it's been a while since the last Moggill Friday Night Meat Feast!!!

The BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck is finally back at Westaway Park this Friday 11th September, serving from 4:30pm - 7:30pm.

Menu below - Nearly everything can be done gluten/dairy-free on request. Text pre-orders with name & pick-up time to 0434400813 (at least 30mins prior as I don't get time to check my phone when it's busy). The rush normally happens between 6pm - 6:45pm, so do order outside these times if you would like to be served quicker.

Brisbane Bayside's famous Jazz and Swing Festival is on again, Fathers' day, Sunday 6th September from 10:30am at George Clayton 'Lighthouse' Park.

Enjoy live 1940s music and swing dancing, living history displays, costumed interpreters, vintage fashion, historic vehicles and hands-on kids' activities, plus a commemorative VP Day ceremony.

The BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck will be serving brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wings, hotdogs, mac'n'cheese, potato salad, veggie and vegan burgers. Almost everything can be done without gluten or dairy on request.

Food truck driver/kitchen service staff required: The BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck is looking for a driver (normal manual license) for an immediate start as our business grows and we are looking to strengthen our team for various function catering gigs, rodeos, bbq festivals, music festivals, ag shows, pop-ups, etc... in and around Brisbane.

Job includes: Loading up food truck, driving to different locations, setting up for service, slicing brisket, building burgers, plating food, packing up & driving back from our low'n'slow BBQ gigs. Leaving from our base on the Southside of Brisbane you will travel to various different locations each week. Initially it will be mainly weekend work but we will also hit the parks during the week. Own transport preferred to get to base as there can occasionally be some early starts and some late finishes.

We offer consistent hours and can teach you more and offer more hours if you're keen to learn more. Some previous kitchen experience preferred, fluent English, excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, a great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a fun team.

To get to the location on Oatland Crescent in Cleveland by public transport, you can take the bus or train to Cleveland station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the destination.

If driving, you can take the M1 motorway and exit at Exit 24 onto Old Cleveland Road East. Then take a left onto Fleet Drive and continue straight until you reach Oatland Crescent. There are several parking options available near the destination, including street parking and a nearby car park.
