Thursday Night Meat Feast @ Mt Gravatt Showgrounds!!!
The BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck, will be serving from 4:30pm till 7:30pm, this Thursday 7th May at the Logan Rd entrance of Mt Gravatt Showgrounds. We have a few tables and stools as well as picnic rugs but feel free to bring some camping chairs if you like.

Meatstock Toowoomba, the mother of all BBQ festivals will be MASSIVE this weekend!!! And we have a 2 day double pass to give away - Just tag who you'd like to take in the comments and the winner will be announced by 5pm on Thursday.
BBQ Roadshow Low’n’Slow is bringing our Fire Kitchen pop up, serving great value meals, with 3 smokers (separate ones for beef, chicken & pork) going non-stop, day and night, for around 48 hours, to smoke over a ton of meat with ironbark.
We will be smoking all your favourites, including 12hr brisket, 10hr beef ribs, 9hr pulled pork, 6hr pork ribs, chicken wings, sausages & mac’n’cheese served in decent portions at accessible prices, by a team of 10 staff smashing out orders really quickly so you can enjoy the rest of the event. We cater to most special dietary requirements and most items can be done without gluten or dairy on request.
We always have one of the biggest line-ups and serve customers their food within 30 seconds to maximum 10 minutes after ordering, even at peak times. We serve some pretty damn good Q, have the biggest menu selection on offer, so basically a one stop shop, definitely the best value and we are a well-oiled machine pumping out the orders super quick.

Meat Feast @ Bluewater Festival, Shorncliffe on Friday 3rd April
The famous Bluewater Festival is back for the Easter Long Weekend by the water at Lower Moora Park, Shorncliffe and the BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck will be there, to indulge your meat cravings, serving from 9:30am-8pm on Friday 3rd April.
Enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny, Live Music, Rides, Sideshow Alley, Kids Activities, Awesome Food and Markets for one big Bayside Beach Party with a Fantastic Fireworks to finish off with a bang.
Wear your stretchy pants as the BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck will be serving delicious, juicy smoked meats, burgers, wings, etc...(menu below). Everything on our menu other than the mac'n'cheese) can be done without gluten or dairy on request.
The festival is held on the scenic foreshore at Shorncliffe in conjunction with the annual Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race (Friday). It’s a perfect vantage point to watch the start of this iconic race.

To get to the location on Oatland Crescent in Cleveland by public transport, you can take the bus or train to Cleveland station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the destination.
