☺️I always knew exercise was important.
But I was always "too busy."
I was always "too tired" from running the shop.
Honestly, they were just excuses.
But I want to change that.
There is a famous quote from the K-Drama,
"If you want to achieve something, build your physical strength first. Fatigue makes you seek comfort, and that kills your patience."
I agree 100%.
I chose to build my stamina.
Through this account, I want to document my journey of overcoming those excuses.

We were thrilled to serve a truly special customer who flew all the way from Singapore. This lovely couple made KCS Chicken their very first stop upon returning to Brisbane after a long time away, simply because they missed us that much!

Since the COVID, our very first restaurant brand "KIMCHI CHEESE SMILE" faced hard time. and We took this crisis as an opportunity to try another brand. So we started a fried chicken project. Through this project, we offer to our customers healthy and quality fried chicken, not fast food or junk food. So we made from the scratch in the house. Chicken flour, brining, sauces and sides using quality ingredients. Using premium deep-frying oil and bread from local bakery.
Luckily, our customers recognized our effort and quality strait up, and they love our flavors. It gets more demand, so we have to build our team.
"Quality and Hygiene" is our top priority. We will wait until we find the genuine people. So we need you!
