ABOUT US:
Banoi is a casual Vietnamese eatery located in Melbourne's CBD. Our first location opened in 2013, and we currently have 3 locations in Australia.
Each store is fast-paced and always bustling with its own unique character, but all share one common theme: traditional recipes injected with a modern twist.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced and friendly environment and take charge of our close-knit team.
If you are a hospitality expert looking for a new and dynamic role, we encourage you to apply.
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage daily operations and staff on shift.
Liaise with all levels of stakeholders such as customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Human resource management - ongoing performance reviews, recruitment, training and mentoring.
Coordinate weekly staff rosters.
Oversee, assess and improve inventory and profitability of the restaurant.
Improve the customer experience across all areas.
Implement initiatives to continuously improve and strengthen restaurant operations.
Skills and Experience:
MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia
Minimum 1-year experience in a management role.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment.
Basic bar experience (extensive knowledge is advantageous).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong ability to lead and mentor a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
A natural problem-solver.
Dependable and reliable.
Exceptional organisational skills.

We still have many foods to go. Drop by at any time to grab some quick meals
🌈We are running a booth for FREE FOODS right at our Dockland store🌈
The menu is:
⭐Brown rice congee
⭐Japanese pulled beef and pork braised
⭐Chicken red curry
It is our burning hope to share some burden with Melbourne students during this hard time. Therefore, we've prepared 300 meals and will give them for free to any student dropping by our booth.
To enter, you only need to show your student card and choose 2 out of 3 dishes on the list as your preference.
🕐Time: 2 pm -8 pm, Wednesday 9th September 2020
📍 Location: 807 Bourke Street, Melbourne
P/S: We don't recommend you to travel over 5km to visit us due to the restriction.
