ANNOUNCEMENT
We’ve had this up in the shop for a couple of days; but to let the ‘less frequent’ CBD visitors know.
We will be closing, permanently, the cafe from Friday 1st November.
Our lease is up, and this is the perfect time to get out after 15 continuous years of trade.
We are not relocating or opening up anywhere else, as many have asked.
So, if you’re not coming into the city anytime soon. We can only say thank you for custom over the years. If you are coming in this week (good choice) come a get yourself a farewell coffee or sandwich.
All gifts given to Aaron and myself will be accepted gratefully.

Hi
Due to unforeseen circumstances; Henry’s on Ann will not be open for trading Monday 20th March.
All things being even, we will be back open tomorrow Tuesday 21st.

Hi everyone.
We are currently closed today (5/4). Aaron has likely got Covid. He is being tested today. He picked up his new friend from his evening classes he’s doing. NOT through customer contact in the shop. I have been tested and I am all clear; and I spend all day working with Aaron.
I’m currently looking for a temp barista until Aaron can return. We cannot run the shop with just one person. It’s just not safe or healthy.
Keep checking here for updates.

Hello one and all,
Just a reminder (if you’ve not seen the sign at Henrys), we will NOT be open this coming Monday 25th January.
With Australia Day looming on Tuesday it seems many are not working Monday, and therefore making an extra long weekend out of it.
Please, breathe and compose your reaction; it is only for one day. We will be back on deck Wednesday 27th at 6am.
Enjoy your time off and happy Australia Day cobbers.

Well, with current restrictions in place, we will not be reopening this coming Monday 11th.
Should there be no further announcements, we open Tuesday 12th at 6am.

Are you looking for an entry into the Brisbane Coffee scene! Henry's on Ann is on the hunt for a outgoing and reliable Junior staff member. Initially your main job will be greeting our loyal customers as they enter the shop and taking their orders correctly! This is a fast pace role that requires you to be calm under pressure and able to multi task. You will be supporting our head barista and in turn will be given the opportunity to work on your coffee skills. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 11.30 am as a minimum with the opportunity for increased hours as deemed necessary.

Hi folks
Our current staffer in this role is away for all of July. Therefore, we’re looking for a true customer service individual who’ll come in and hit the ground running.
The role:
M-F, 7am-1130am (possibly more hrs here and there)
Primarily taking customer orders, some basic food handling, running food/drinks and anything and everything that happens in a fast paced outlet.
Coffee exp useful, not essential.
We use Kounta POS. Knowledge/usage of Kounta well regarded.
Only 4wks initially as stated, but every chance the role could continue. We are only getting busier!
Pls DM with your details/resume etc.
Looking to get somebody in towards the end of this week to do a handover (ideally). Suit a holiday uni student??

To get to Ann Street in Brisbane via public transport, take the train or bus to Central Station and then walk towards Ann Street. Alternatively, you can take a bus towards Fortitude Valley and get off at the Ann Street stop.
If you're driving, there are several parking options available such as the Brisbane City Council King George Square Car Park or the Secure Parking 100 Creek Street Car Park. Once parked, walk towards Ann Street.
