[ MUST TRY ] A FRENCH HIGH TEA WITH BEEF BOURGUIGNON PASTRIES, HOUSE-MADE PATISSERIE AND POMMERY CHAMPAGNE FROM $85 PER PERSON
High Tea by Sofitel is a two hour Parisian-style afternoon set inside Sofitel Brisbane Central. Expect tiers of French finger sandwiches, hot savouries and patisserie made in the hotel’s own kitchen, paired with bottomless tea, coffee and hot chocolate. It runs weekends only, with three seatings a day and a sparkling upgrade if you want to make an occasion of it.
THE $85 SPREAD
🥪 Sandwiches: QLD ricotta with confit figs and finger lime, wild trout with dill, a smoked ham and 18-month Comté baguette, and smoked chicken with Espelette pepper.
🥧 Hot savouries: a beef bourguignon Pithivier in puff pastry and a mac and cheese croquette with tomato chutney.
🍰 Patisserie: a Fraisier with FNQ vanilla, a hazelnut Paris-Brest, an Opéra Café and a rum baba.
🥐 Scones: citrus and chocolate, served with chantilly, chestnut cream and fig preserve.
MAKE IT SPARKLING
🍾 $105 per person: everything above plus a glass of Pommery Champagne or a cocktail on arrival.
🫖 $85 per person: the full menu with bottomless tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
🧒 $45 per child: for ages 4 to 11, with a selection of child-friendly teas.

🗓️ Seatings run Saturday and Sunday at 11:30am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

Last week, we celebrated truffle season with The Truffle Édition, an intimate four-course dining experience curated by Executive Chef Alex Goyard.
The evening showcased seasonal Manjimup black truffles across four exquisite courses, celebrating their rich, distinctive flavours through refined French technique and premium Australian produce. Each course was thoughtfully complemented by exceptional wines from and , bringing together the best of French gastronomy and Australian terroir.
