When 12/01 2026 my email is hacker by someone. The hacker try to change my uber eats and doordash payment account. After that, Uber eats stop pay our shop payment but we still take Uber eats customer to running from 12 /01/2026 to 18/02/2026. Doordash have solven problem in 2 week. They checked our payment account number not changed and then keep pay to our shop. At same time i have attempted to resolve the issue by email, phone and uber live to discuss our payment not received. And told uber eats team our shop account payment name and number not changed. But ubereats team said they will call us to ckeck. But we did not get any phone call from Ubereats about months. If any customer order from uber eats,we apologize about that, we are closed uber eats account at moment. But customer still could order online from doordash or truckfox or phone to our shop.
Any one have ideas to solve this problem
