Dough babies! Behind the scenes with Roy, Miso, and Wholly Seedy. We give these beauties loads of time to rest and rise as part of our slow-ferment process.
It takes days, not hours, to create a delicious sourdough loaf. To honour the magic created by wild yeast, live sourdough starter (we call ours Jed) and premium organic Kialla Pure Foods flour, milled on the Darling Downs.
It's how we roll - up before the sun, dusted in flour, dedicated to dough :)
